Gabrielle oversees all the aspects of Account Payables, and Purchasing Departments. She works directly with the President and V.P. of Operations to maintain high business standards. After graduating college, she started at Docutek as a receptionist, and worked her way up to management status. Gabrielle is committed to serving all our Docutek clients and vendors in a professional manor.
Robert De La Cruz

Robert began his career in the office equipment business in 1985. Since then, Robert has held sales position as production print specialist, color specialist, Strategic Account Executive, Sales Manager and eventually Branch Manager. At Docutek, Robert applies his experience into helping customers improve there business processes.
Jarrett Pavao
DIRECTOR OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
Jarrett has managed the IT division of Docutek since Docutek’s inception. The division, now a Microsoft Certified Gold Partner and Dell Premier Partner, specializes in offering South Florida businesses a FULL scope of technology services. These range from simple break/fix of computer networks, full scale network design and implementation, to custom web development and e-commerce. Jarrett studied at the University of Miami and has achieved status of Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, Citrix Certified Administrator, sits on Keiser College’s Technology Advisory Board, and has been a finalist for the South Florida Business Journal’s Up and Comer’s award two years running.
Steve DiPasquale

Steve began working in the office equipment industry in the early 90’s at an upstart company founded by President Steve Staller. Steve was promoted to service supervisor in his third year in the industry and his “team” continued on this winning path with three of his team members reaching supervisor positions prior to his departure. He rejoined Steve Staller as one of the founding members of Docutek Imaging Solutions. Helping to make Docutek Imaging Solutions the premier service solutions provider and winner of the first J.D.Powers award given to a copier service department in Florida, Steve is dedicated to making Docutek’s customers enjoy complete satisfaction by providing the finest technical support in the office products industry in the South Florida area.
Jamie Keller
CUSTOMER SUPPORT MANAGER
Jamie Keller was born in Exeter, New Hampshire, and was raised near the South East section of Maine. Jamie came to South Florida to study at both The University of Miami and Barry University. She graduated with a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Public Relations and Mass Communication. During her final collegiate semester Jamie came on board at Docutek as an intern. Her responsibilities were to create a public relations campaign for Docutek that would allow peak exposure to the surrounding community. At the completion of her internship, Jamie stayed on part-time with Docutek to assist with additional PR and Marketing strategies. She continued with Docutek until her promotion into the Customer Support Department, where she resides today. The Customer Support Department is responsible for training and instructing new and current customers during their transition into new equipment or software. To alleviate customer concerns and questions by offering knowledge and expertise on any of their purchasing decisions. Jamie is thrilled to be working within the community and is completely dedicated to providing exceptional customer support.
