Storing documents to Harddrive PDF Print E-mail

 

  1.  Load papers in the feeder, face up or on the glass, face down.
  2.  Press the Document Server button on the left hand side of the machine.
  3.  Press Scan Original on the touch screen.
  4.  Press File Name, to name your document, press ok.
  5.  Press Start, to scan documents.
  6.  Press Scanning Finished on the touch screen, should you be scanning from the glass.
  7.  To print this document, Press Document Server.
  8.  Highlight file name to be printed.
  9.  Press the To Printing Screen on the bottom right of touch screen.
