Faxing stored documernts PDF Print E-mail

To store a document in the fax memory

  1.  Press the Fax button
  2.  At the top of the screen select Store File
  3.  Choose Store Only
  4.  Press File Name
  5.  Type on the keyboard what you would like to name the document
  6.  Press OK
  7.  Press OK

To send a fax with a stored file

  1.  At the bottom of fax screen choose Select Stored File
  2.  Highlight desired document
  3.  Choose Transmit Stored File Only or Original + Stored File or Stored File + Original
  4.  Press OK
  5.  Load Documents that are not stored
  6.  Press Start
