1) You can create envelopes and labels in the Word program
2) Go to Tools, Envelopes and Labels
3) Type the desired information
4) Press Print – it is automatically set up to print from multi-purpose tray
5) * Make sure you have set the printer to accept envelopes

Using the multi-purpose tray for printing other types of paper

1) Create your document
2) Load the paper in the multi-purpose tray and set the printer to accept that type of paper
3) Go File – Print – choose the 3820 printer
4) Go to Properties
5) Go to Source – make selection
6) Go to Media Type – make selection
