1) Press System Menu
2) Choose User Login/Job Accounting
3) Login Username is 5050, press OK
4) Login Password is 5050, press OK
5) Press Login
6) Choose Job Accounting Setting
7) Choose Accounting List: Register/Edit
8) Press Add
9) Press Change next to Account Name
10) Type person’s name and press OK
11) Press Change next to Account ID
12) Type in code you wish to assign them and press OK
13) Press Register
14) Press Close 3 times
15) Press Copy button to exit completely back out to the copy screen
