At printer: 1) Hold down enter button and press menu 2) You are in Management setting 3) With up and down arrows select 3 then arrow right to select 8 arrow right select 2 arrow right select 0 then arrow right and fill in remaining slots with 0’s 4) Press Enter 5) Management On 6) Press ? to add account Printing User Code Report 1) Hold down enter button and press menu 2) You are in Management setting 3) With the up and down arrow select 3, then arrow right to select 8, arrow right select 2, arrow right select 0, then continue to fill in remaining slots with 0’s 4) Press Enter 5) Choose Down Arrow 6) Choose right arrow that has ? above it 7) Choose down arrow until you get to Print Account Management List 8) Press Enter Twice |
