1) Press Document Box
2) Press Edit Box
3) Press Add
4) Go to Box Name
a. Press Change
b. Type the name you would like to assign document
c. Press OK
5) Go to Auto Deletion File
a. Press Change
b. Press Off
c. Press OK
6) Press Register
7) Press Close
8) Press Store File
9) Press Start

Printing the Stored Forms

1) Press Document Box
2) Select Form
3) Press Open
4) Check off Form by clicking to the left of the form so that a check mark appears
5) Press Print
6) Choose Paper Selection to select which paper tray the document should come from
7) Press Start
