From the Copier:

1.  Press the System Menu button on the top left of the machine
2.  Scroll down using the arrow keys to Bypass Setting
3.  Press the OK(enter) key
4.  Scroll to 81/2x11 for Labels
5.  Or scroll to Other Regular Sizes and press the OK(enter) key and scroll to Comm#10 for envelopes
6.  After choose either the 81/2x11 or Comm#10 press the Ok(enter) key
7.  On the next screen scroll to envelopes or labels
8.  Press the OK (enter) key
9.  Load your envelopes or labels into the bypass (label sheets should be loaded in the portrait direction)

From the Computer:

1.  Go to Word
2.  Select Tools
3.  Select Letters and Mailings
4.  Select Envelopes and Labels
5.  Set-up your Envelope or Label
6.  Select the Avery type of label or ensure comm.#10 is chosen for envelopes
7.  Press Print
